At the exhibition, Haian Group highlighted its independently developed 59/80R63 giant OTR tire—the largest all-steel giant tire globally. Designed as a core component for ultra-large mining dump trucks, this tire boasts exceptional load capacity, outstanding cut resistance, and an ultra-long service life. Its successful R&D has broken through multiple international monopolies, filled the domestic gap in ultra-large OTR tires, and emerged as a significant milestone in China’s independent innovation in high-end equipment manufacturing.
Measuring over 4 meters in diameter and weighing nearly 6 tons, the tire is compatible with ultra-large mining trucks exceeding 400 tons. It comprehensively showcases Haian’s systematic technical capabilities in material science, structural innovation, and manufacturing processes.
Recognition from Provinces and Cities, Global Collaboration Gains Momentum
On the opening day, leading officials from Fujian Province and Putian City visited Haian’s booth to inspect its operations and listen to presentations on the R&D process and market applications of the 59/80R63 tire. They highly commended Haian’s achievements in breaking international technical barriers through independent innovation and encouraged the group to continue leading the industry, supporting Chinese intelligent manufacturing in going global.
During the exhibition, Haian attracted representatives from resource-rich regions worldwide to discuss tire supply, localized services, and technical cooperation.
