As the minor summer heat brings abundance, a distinguished guest arrives. On May 21, 2025, Zhou Zuyi, Secretary of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee, led a delegation to Putian City for a focused research visit. He inspected Haian Rubber Group Co., Ltd.’s intelligent manufacturing and global development achievements, highly commending the company’s innovation practices and industrial upgrading outcomes.
Mr. Zhu Hui, Chairman of the Group, and Mr. Zhu Zhenpeng, Executive President, accompanied the research team. 
During the visit, Zhou Zuyi toured production facilities, thoroughly examining the company’s intelligent production lines and digital management systems. He praised the implementation of the “Intelligent Transformation and Digitalization Strategy” and emphasized the importance of anchoring in the real economy, prioritizing technological innovation as the core driver, fostering specialized, refined, unique, and innovative enterprises, and strengthening domestic brands.
Amidst the complex and evolving international economic and trade environment, Haian Group—as a leading domestic industry player—has consistently pursued synergistic development between its independent brands and diversified markets. Its foreign trade scale continues to expand, with steady growth in overseas market share. Zhou Zuyi noted that enterprises must maintain confidence, accelerate integrated domestic and international trade development, actively expand overseas markets, and build globally influential Chinese brands. Haian Group has already established a comprehensive international service system, achieving a leap from “productglobalization” to “service globalization.”
At the production site, Zhou Zuyi stressed the need to strictly implement safety production responsibilities, drive energy conservation and emission reduction through technological innovation, and advance green, low-carbon development. For years, Haian Group has integrated ecological and environmental principles across its production processes, striving to build a green circular economy system. Leveraging intelligent platforms, the group has strengthened workplace safety management, setting an exemplary benchmark for sustainable industry development. Zhou Zuyi fully affirmed Haian’s green initiatives.
Zhou Zuyi urged Party committees and governments at all levels to continuously optimize the business environment, enhance policy support, and ensure resource allocation to help enterprises stabilize employment, address market and financing challenges, and resolve other difficulties. He also emphasized the importance of cultivating the next generation of private entrepreneurs to secure long-term talent reserves, ensuring sustainable and stable enterprise growth.
