On December 26, 2025, the 18th meeting of the Second Board of Directors of Haian Rubber Group Co., Ltd. was held, during which the proposal on adjusting the position of the company’s president was reviewed and approved:
1．Mr. Zhu Hui, Chairman of the Board, shall no longer concurrently serve as President of the company.
2．Mr. Zhu Zhenpeng is appointed as President of the company. His term shall commence from the date of approval of this board resolution and end upon the expiration of the term of the Second Board of Directors.
