On the afternoon of October 19th, Li Jing, Chairperson of Putian Women's Federation, Ma Lina, Chairperson of Xianyou County Women's Federation, Weng Meiyu, part-time Vice Chairperson of Putian Women's Federation and a National March Eighth Red-Banner Pacesetter, Chen Zhenxian, Chairman of the People's Congress of Fengting Town, Gao Yun, a fourth-level researcher of Putian Women's Federation, and others visited Haian Rubber Group Co., Ltd. to investigate the construction of women's federation organizations. Zhu Sujie, Chairman of the Labor Union of Haian Group, Zhu Suqing, Chairman of the Group Women's Federation, Dai Jicheng, Vice President of the Group, and others accompanied the investigation.
The research team visited Haian Group in depth, toured the enterprise's production workshops, Women's Home, library, staff fitness activities and other places, learned in detail about the historical evolution of female employees' entrepreneurship and employment, the group's patents and technology R&D, characteristic party building work, as well as the work of Haian Group's Women's Federation and the role played by female workers, and conducted a plaque unveiling ceremony on site.
At the symposium, the research team praised Haian Group for adhering to women's construction, vigorously cultivating female talents for the enterprise, and leading team members to stand firm in their positions and innovate and develop with a fighting spirit.
Haian Group will take this research as an opportunity to continue to prioritize the construction of women's federation organizations, further improve the standardization and scientification of women's work, make full use of platforms such as Women's Homes, and through forms such as pairing assistance, resource sharing, and project support, as well as by promoting advanced experiences and conducting observation and training sessions, work together with other mass organizations to further explore and improve the methods of women's federation work.
