Fujian Haian Rubber Co., Ltd. (referred to as Haian Rubber in the text) is a national high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in the R&D, manufacturing, sales of all-steel giant OTR radial tires, as well as the "one-stop" service of consumption cost quota contracting. Up to now, it has successfully developed a full range of all-steel giant OTR radial tires in 11 series and 31 specifications of 49-63 inches, and its products are sold to major mining areas at home and abroad, showing excellent comprehensive performance.
Since 2006, Haian Rubber has been cooperating with the Beijing Rubber Industry Research and Design Institute to jointly develop high-performance all-steel giant OTR radial tires, which are used in many large mines at home and abroad.
To keep up with the international mainstream demand for OTR tires in mines, and because the production technology of giant OTR tires has long been controlled by foreign brands, only held by Michelin of France and Bridgestone of Japan, domestic mining companies have often faced procurement difficulties due to the "neck problem." After detailed market research, Chairman Zhu Hui decided to develop the world's largest 59/80R63 tire. The research and development of the "59/80R63 production process technology" was very difficult. For this reason, Haian Rubber increased its R&D investment, and under the personal deployment of the chairman, the R&D team made many key technological breakthroughs after years of unremitting efforts, and the R&D task of the 59/80R63 tire was successfully completed. It has become the third company in the world that can independently own the production technology of 59/80R63. The 59/80R63 specification tire has a single weight of about 6 tons, a diameter of about 4 meters, and a load capacity of up to 100 tons.
Currently, nearly a thousand 59/80R63 giant radial tires have been produced, breaking the foreign monopoly on this product and possessing extremely important strategic significance. The successful rollout of Haian Rubber's 59/80R63 tires is also the largest size all-steel tire that the world's tire industry has been able to manufacture so far. Haian Rubber has once again proven to the world the style of Chinese giant tire manufacturing enterprises with its strength and first-class quality.
In recent years, with the development of the world economy, there has been a significant demand for construction machinery tires in emerging markets such as Asia, Africa, and South America. Mine dump trucks are developing towards larger sizes and automation, and the application prospects of giant OTR radial tires for ultra-large dump trucks are very broad.
