In 2018, Haian Company and Fujian Province Meizhou Vocational and Technical School jointly explored school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate customized talents for the company based on Haian Company's talent needs. During the talent cultivation process, both parties will cooperate in aspects such as faculty, technology, and curriculum construction, and carry out a series of educational and teaching activities together to ensure the quality of talent cultivation. Students in the order class can directly go to the enterprise for employment after graduation, ensuring zero-distance docking between work and study. Together, they will build an internship and employment platform for students, providing them with a high-quality employment platform and development space. Additionally, a scholarship of about 20,000 yuan is donated each year to establish the "Haian Class Scholarship," which rewards outstanding students, enhances their learning enthusiasm, and increases social influence.

01 Students of the 'Haian Class' improve their overall quality by engaging in fixed-position training and on-the-job training at Fujian Haian Rubber Co., Ltd., integrating the theoretical knowledge they have learned with practical experience. This comprehensive approach to order-based talent cultivation ensures that graduates are employed immediately upon completion of their studies.
02 The class implements a dual management system of school and company, with a double responsibility system jointly managed by the school and the company. The class introduces modern enterprise management systems; the details of the class management process allow students to understand the management processes and systems of enterprises.
03 80% of the practical courses are taught by managers from Fujian Haian Rubber Co., Ltd., truly bringing the corporate atmosphere and culture into the campus, allowing students to feel the market while on campus and to complete their initial transformation into professionals.
After two and a half years of industry-education cultivation, 10 students were recruited to work at Haian Company. On the afternoon of December 8, 2020, the scholarship award ceremony for the 'Haian Class' jointly run by Fujian Haian Rubber Co., Ltd. and Meizhou Bay Vocational and Technical School for the 2019-2020 academic year was grandly held in Conference Room 109 of the comprehensive teaching building of Meizhou Bay Vocational and Technical School. Yu Zhao Fu, Deputy General Manager of Production at Fujian Haian Rubber Co., Ltd., Ma Zi Qiang, Manager of the Management Department, and Wang You Hua, Party Branch Secretary and Principal of Meizhou Bay Vocational and Technical School, Chen Fu Rong, Head of the Recruitment and Employment Department, Huang Qing Xin, Head of the Academic Affairs Department, Su Zhi Xiong, Head of the Mechanical Department, and Zhang Yu, Deputy Head of the Mechanical Department, attended the award ceremony.
