Leaders' Speeches, Review and OutlookThe meeting officially kicked off with an opening speech by Zhu Laishui, the Party Secretary of the Group. Executive President Zhu Zhenpeng delivered the 2024 annual work report on behalf of the management of Haian Group. Following that, senior leaders of the Group and related guests took the stage to deliver speeches. In their speeches, we reviewed the remarkable achievements the company made in technological innovation and product development over the past year, comprehensively summarized the work of each business sector of the Group in 2024, and put forward forward-looking plans and prospects for future work.
At the end of the meeting, Chairman Zhu Hui delivered a speech. He said: "I hope that the advanced units and individuals who have been commended will cherish their honorary titles, be modest and prudent, avoid arrogance and impetuosity, and always maintain their advanced nature; they should be more enterprising and proactive, creating a good atmosphere where 'everyone learns from the advanced and everyone strives to be advanced', maintaining their dedication to their jobs, loving their work, being innovative, and making new and greater contributions to fully completing the work tasks of 2025 and to the green and high-quality development of the Group."
